How do I create and use personnel groups?

Note: You will need organization admin privileges

IMPORTANT NOTE: Each profile can only be allocated to exactly ONE group. For example, Student A cannot be placed into both Group A and Group B. 

From your Organization dashboard, click on Personnel

Click on Settings

Click 'Create New Personnel Group'

Name and create new group. Click Save. 

Now that you have your groups created, you can assign profiles to a group.

From your Org Admin Dashboard, click on Personnel. 

Click the three dots next to the profile you would like to move to a group. 

Click Edit

Click "Edit Profile Info"

Under the field Employee ID, you are able to now select a new group for the profile.


You are now able to filter profiles by testing groups as a Test Site Admin on the Test Site dashboard, see below:
