How do I resend an account activation link?

How to resend an activation code as an individual user and as an organizational admin:

As a user:

Note: You will only need to use this process if you have previously registered your email/mobile number but did not complete the activation. If you have already activated your account and have trouble accessing it, please use this reset password option.

  1. Navigate to
  2. Select “Resend Activation Code”
  3. Enter email address or mobile phone number that you used to register (if you have not already registered for an account please begin here)
  4. Check email/phone for a message containing the activation code/link. Note: This link will expire in 7 days.

As an organization:

Organizations are able to resend activation codes to parents/users that have not yet activated their accounts. Please follow the steps below: (Note: you will need organization administrative access)

  1. Navigate to and sign-in to your Project Beacon Account. 
  2. Navigate to the Organization that the user is associated with.
  3. On the next screen, Click on the Personnel tab.
  4. Search for the name to be sent the activation code.
  5. Select “Send invite email and/or text message again”. The link will be sent to the contact for that personnel. Note: This link will expire in 7 days.
