How do I resend an account activation link?
How to resend an activation code as an individual user and as an organizational admin:
As a user:
Note: You will only need to use this process if you have previously registered your email/mobile number but did not complete the activation. If you have already activated your account and have trouble accessing it, please use this reset password option.
- Navigate to https://app.beacontesting.com/login
- Select “Resend Activation Code”
- Enter email address or mobile phone number that you used to register (if you have not already registered for an account please begin here)
- Check email/phone for a message containing the activation code/link. Note: This link will expire in 7 days.
As an organization:
Organizations are able to resend activation codes to parents/users that have not yet activated their accounts. Please follow the steps below: (Note: you will need organization administrative access)
- Navigate to https://app.beacontesting.com/login and sign-in to your Project Beacon Account.
- Navigate to the Organization that the user is associated with.
- On the next screen, Click on the Personnel tab.
- Search for the name to be sent the activation code.
- Select “Send invite email and/or text message again”. The link will be sent to the contact for that personnel. Note: This link will expire in 7 days.
