Office Hours are public sessions held on Zoom to ask organization-specific questions.
Specific system questions should be directed to the customer service email and phone number you were provided.
It is mandatory to attend an Onboarding Training Webinar before attending an Office Hours session as most information you need to know is included in the Webinar.
